The Historians Podcast covers the Chronicle Book Fair
The Historians Podcast debuts an audio report om the recent Chronicle Book Fair in Glens Falls, New York.
Podcast host Bob Cudmore was among the writers at the well-attended event. Cudmore’s latest history book is “Lost Mohawk Valley.”
History authors interviewed for the program included Larry Gooley, (“Escape from Dannemora”); Don Papson, (“Secret Lives of the Underground Railroad in New York City”); Sheila Myers, (the historical novel “Imaginary Brightness”); John Briggs, (young adult biographies of Pete Seeger and Judy Garland); and David Fiske, (“Solomon Northup: The Complete Story of the Author of Twelve Years a Slave”).
Also interviewed were book fair organizer Cathy DeDe plus authors Chuck D’Imperio (“Unknown Museums of Upstate New York”); Barry Damsky (“The Peas Were Cold”); Russell Dunn (“Adventures Around The Great Sacandaga Lake”) and Jim LaBate (“Mickey Mantle Day in Amsterdam”).
